Conceptual Active Frontier
This object has not disappeared. Its current programme form is Evidence-led Active Frontier.
What changed?
Conceptual Active Frontier → Evidence-led Active Frontier
The public frontier drifted away from the work actually consuming scarce attention. Attention Allocation had become the strongest falsifiable empirical programme, software/leadership capability duplicated the broader Personal Capability Practice, and Nemosyne needed an explicit independent-project boundary. The frontier was therefore realigned to one empirical programme, one capability practice and one bounded external testbed.
